1. Apply

Tell us about your organization, the learning you want to deliver, and how you plan to use ICA certifications and credentials.

2. Connect

We’ll review your application, learn more about your goals, answer questions, and connect to make sure membership is the right fit.

3. Onboard

Once approved, you’ll complete membership onboarding and gain access to the guidance, resources, and support you need to get started.

4. Accredit & Authorize

Work with ICA to accredit your learning experience and authorize the instructors who will deliver it.

5. Deliver

Once your course and instructors are approved, you can begin delivering ICA-accredited learning and help learners earn ICA credentials and certifications.
