Your onboarding fee includes support for joining the ICA network, accrediting your first course, and authorizing your first instructor.

USD 3000 Due after application approval.

Includes onboarding, your first course accreditation, and your first Instructor Authorization Session.

Your first course accreditation may include either:

A Tomorrow-Ready™ certification, including one core credential and two relevant specialized credentials for in-person and/or remote delivery
An Agile certification course for in-person and/or remote delivery

Annual Membership Fee

Invoiced on January 1 following membership activation and annually thereafter.

Courses are reviewed through ICA’s accreditation process, and instructors are authorized based on their expertise, experience, and ability to deliver the learning effectively.

Course Accreditation Services

Certification Accreditation Session

Includes an optional course feedback session and full assessment toward either a Tomorrow-Ready™ certification, including one core plus two specialized credentials, or an Agile certification, for in-person and/or remote delivery.

Core Credential Accreditation Session

Includes the full assessment toward a Tomorrow-Ready™ core credential for in-person and/or remote delivery.

USD 2000 per session

Specialized Credential Accreditation Session

Includes the full assessment toward a Tomorrow-Ready™ specialized credential for in-person and/or remote delivery.

USD 1000 per session

Accreditation for a Self-Paced Certification

Includes an assessment toward accreditation for a fully asynchronous Tomorrow-Ready™ certification course, including one core credential and two relevant specialized credentials.

Accreditation for a Self-Paced Credential

Includes an assessment toward accreditation for a fully asynchronous Tomorrow-Ready™ core or specialized credential course.

Instructor Authorization Services

New Instructor Authorization Session

Includes an assessment of a new candidate instructor who aspires to teach for their Member Organization. The instructor may be assessed for all applicable delivery methods, including in-person and remote delivery.

USD 500 per session

Existing Instructor Authorization Session

Includes an asynchronous review for instructors who have been actively teaching within the past two years for their Member Organization and have maintained the required minimum NPS score. If these conditions are not met, a new Instructor Authorization Session is required.

USD 100 per credential

Professional Coaching Demonstration Session

Includes an assessment of a new or existing candidate instructor who aspires to teach an ICP-ACC, ICP-CAT, ICP-ENT, or ICP-COA course and does not hold a credential that waives this requirement.

Credential and Certification Services

Tomorrow-Ready™ credential

Paid by Member Organizations for each core or specialized credential issued. Credentials do not expire and are issued after successful completion of an ICA-accredited course. They may be purchased in bulk.

USD 25 per credential

Agile certification

Paid by Member Organizations for each Agile certification issued. Certifications do not expire and are issued after successful completion of an ICA-accredited course. They may be purchased in bulk.

USD 75 per certification

Expert certification

Paid by Member Organizations for each Expert certification issued. Certifications do not expire and are issued after successful completion of an Accredited Expert Program.

USD 750 per certification

Micro-credential badge

Paid by Member Organizations for each badge issued. Micro-credentials do not expire and are issued after successful completion of an ICA-accredited course. They may be purchased in bulk.

USD 25 per badge

Professional credential & certification renewal

Professionals who earn ICA’s internationally recognized credentials and certifications do not pay renewal fees.
